I just thought you should know that I have decided to cancel my service with you because of your partnership with Direct TV and the unprofessional way they choose to do business. I have been a customer of your for over three years since moving back to Minnesota. I added your bundled service when it became available, switching from DISH network which I was very happy with. About Six weeks ago I reached out to Direct TV to update my service to HD. After a three week wait for an installer to show up only to tell me he couldn't install it where the current dish is. Ok, I could see that as maybe something that couldn't have been figured out until the installer came out. So, I spoke with one of their customer service supervisors about my situation of living in an association and what the rules would be for install the larger dish and we talk through several options for installation. We landed on one that was acceptable to the association so I scheduled another appointment, three weeks later. I arranged for the association president to be there when the installer arrived to avoid any issues with the installation. Only to find out that the rep that scheduled the appointment didn't indicate anything in my customer file about the special installation needs so the installer that showed up was totally unprepared for the install. Another waste of not just my time, but the association president and the installer. I then followed up with the installers supervisor at Pinicale a contact installer company of Direct TV's and he told me that the larger DISH could NOT be installed they way the Direct TV customer service rep had worked out with me.

What a total cluster. Fed up, I'm cancelling my service with you and Direct TV and switching to Comcast. They will be here on Saturday to install.
